Incorporated in the State of California, Hong Kong Forum, Los Angeles was formed in 1990 by a group of students and professionals, originally from Hong Kong, residing in Greater Los Angeles Area. We regularly host discussion groups on numerous current issues in Hong Kong. Our members reside in all four counties of Greater Los Angeles. HKFLA was approved by Internal Revenue Service, as well as Franchise Tax Board of California, as a non-profit organization in compliance with Internal Revenue Code Section 501.C.3.
Our Objectives: - To concern and promote democratic development in Hong Kong and China. - To concern social, political and economic issues of Hong Kong. - To protect and promote human rights in Hong Kong and China. - To concern the rights and welfare of Chinese in the United States.
