carbonara recipe for 1 person
Ingredients: 1 egg yolk (with 1/4 of egg white if you prefer less sticky sauce) 50 gram bacon 25 gram grated Parmigiana Reggiano (or mix with Pecorino Romario cheese) spaghetti/ linguine for 1 person (small portion) Ground black pepper
Step: 1. Boil water and cut bacon in cube 2. Put bacon in a pan and fry until fat is melted and bacon is crispy. Put on kitchen towel 3. Put spaghetti/ linguine into boiling water and add some salt 4. Shred cheese 5. Mix egg yolk, cheese, black pepper, bacon and pasta together in a bowl
