ChocoSol creates chocolate using organic, forest garden, shade-grown cacao, sourced directly from indigenous communities in the Lacondon Jungle of Chiapas and the Oaxacan mountains of Southern Mexico. Our horizontal-trade relationships grow beyond the exchange of commodities, blossoming with the reciprocity of friendship in communal solidarity. Rooted in Toronto, our chocolate production utilizes all sustainably-sourced ingredients and alternative technologies to ensure the most environmentally-friendly and ecologically stable chocolate foods.
